Talk about a fun wedding moment!

Here we are, already in the Top10 in our annual countdown!

“It’s all about the emotion and fun!”, Liz said as we discussed the merits of all our final candidate images for this countdown.

Now, keep in mind we just LOVE the images from Eliza and Nick’s wedding. So much so we’re going to provide a link here just so you can see! But, our criteria for selecting our finalists was that there were little to no “rules”. Thus, we were compelled to include this image.

Here is Eliza’s mom, Merle, sharing a truly hilarious moment with two of the groomsmen just moments after Eliza and Nick’s ceremony ended on the spectacular lawn venue at the Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport, Maine. It’s an image that needs absolutely no explanation to fully digest and fully appreciate. It matters little what had been said, and by whom for that matter, (though this photographer does indeed recall it to be indeed quite hilarious!!) but what does matter is the reaction of the two young men sharing the laughs along with Merle.

As we describe our wedding photography, we like to say that we are a blend of many styles. All important. And not the least of which is our ability to be there when the moments happen. This allows us to capture true feeling and emotion. Often quiet emotion, this image goes the other way and illustrates the capture of a truly fun moment, and one we know everyone who’s seen in it will vividly recall.
