Jill and Caleb’s Mt Washington wedding photo inspired me in so many ways, it is in Russ’ Top 19 of 2019 – #14 to be exact!
First, how idyllic is this location? Such an historic inn, so grand, with the highest mountain east of the Mississippi River looming in the background. Everything was so green, so blue, and so stunning.
But the real story is with Jill and Caleb. They’d tell you it’d very be an understatement to say that this day was long in arriving. It may have been an especially time of being together before the wedding day actually came to be, but all good things are worth waiting for, right? And with so many loving friends and family surrounding them on this beautiful July day, we’d say that they were in full agreement, too.
About this, my #14 favorite wedding photo of the year: We’d taken a quick drive down to near where the entrance road meets the highway on golf carts, and walked together on the paths that surround the golf course. When Caleb led Jill to this exact spot, I grabbed a series of photos and knew this one would some day grace the walls in their home. And I believe it does.
