Granite Ridge Estate Wedding | Norway Maine Wedding
Mallory and Jared had a warm and wonderful Granite Ridge Estate wedding in Norway Maine, Sunday, October 11, 2015. Just one look at this couple and you can sense the love and devotion that they have for one another. It’s not just the way they look at each other with obvious adoration, it’s the way they speak to and about each other. The respect and admiration is clear. When we heard the story that Jared gets up and fixes Mallory breakfast in the wee hours (2AM!!) of the morning, we just melted. That is not only true love, but also serious commitment! When you add Jared’s two daughters, who are loving, kind, and caring, to the equation, you have a wonderfully heartwarming story.
Mallory and Jared had a beautiful wedding day first look. They chose to see each other prior to the ceremony in this carefully-scripted meeting. We love first looks because the wedding day flows more smoothly, and be less stressful on the bride and groom. This also made sense for Mallory and Jared because they had a Katubah signing, which is done before the marriage ceremony. Mallory and Jared opted to have an unplugged wedding, where their guests were asked to keep their electronic devices put away during the ceremony. With no distractions, guest can be fully present in the moment so they could fully witness the ceremony.
Sunday was a crisp, clear, fall day with gorgeous foliage. Granite Ridge Estate was spectacular. The Blue Elephant turned out fabulous food. The Bob Charest Band put on a fantastic show, especially during the Hora! Laurie Andrews, as always, did a beautiful job on the florals and chuppah! Mallory and Jared’s reactions of being lifted in the chairs, such a fun tradition at Jewish weddings, were breathtaking. To say that this Granite Ridge Estate wedding was perfection, well, we’ll just let the photos speak for themselves.

What a beautiful wedding with two very special people…….The girls looked beautiful as well. So glad you had the day that you wanted and the wedding of your lifetime…Jared I’am sure that Donnie is smiling as he watched you two become one big happy family!!
The image I like best was Jared and Mallory in the sunset with the mountains in the back ground, but all the photos were absolutely gorgeous, she is such a beautiful lady, I love to watch her on the morning show along with Erin and Meghan. But back to the wedding, it was “fantabulous”. My husband and I wish them both the very best.Hugs Mallory and Jared, 🙂
